Đón tiếp và làm việc với Đoàn có Ban Giám hiệu cùng đại diện các bộ phận chuyên môn của nhà trường.Tại buổi làm việc, Đoàn kiểm tra đã tiến hành rà soát kỹ lưỡng hệ thống hồ sơ, tài liệu minh chứng đồng thời kiểm tra thực tế công tác tổ chức và vận hành tại trụ sở chính cùng phân hiệu 1, 2 và Điểm trường.
Qua quá trình kiểm tra thực tế, Đoàn công tác ghi nhận và đánh giá rất cao tinh thần chủ động, nghiêm túc của nhà trường trong việc triển khai các mặt công tác. Cụ thể, Đoàn đánh giá cao:
- Công tác quản trị trường học: Đảm bảo tính khoa học, chặt chẽ, sắp xếp bộ máy ổn định và vận hành trơn tru sau khi sáp nhập/sắp xếp.
- Chất lượng Chăm sóc và Giáo dục (CSGD): Duy trì nền nếp dạy và học hiệu quả, tạo môi trường phát triển toàn diện cho trẻ.
- Công tác nuôi dưỡng và bán trú: Thực hiện nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn thực phẩm, quản lý nguồn gốc thực phẩm đầu vào; quy trình bếp ăn bán trú được thực hiện khoa học, đảm bảo dinh dưỡng cân đối, an toàn tuyệt đối cho sức khỏe của trẻ.
- Y tế học đường và An ninh an toàn: Xây dựng môi trường trường học an toàn, Xanh - Sạch - Đẹp; công tác phòng chống dịch bệnh và chăm sóc sức khỏe ban đầu cho trẻ luôn được đặt lên hàng đầu.
- Chuyển đổi số và Ứng dụng phần mềm quản lý: Tiên phong ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong công tác quản lý, điều hành và giảng dạy; đặc biệt là việc triển khai hiệu quả phần mềm Hanoicheck trong công tác quản lý bán trú, quy trình bếp ăn và cập nhật danh sách học sinh, góp phần nâng cao tính minh bạch, chính xác và chuyên nghiệp.
Phát biểu kết luận buổi làm việc, đại diện Đoàn kiểm tra ghi nhận những nỗ lực vượt khó, sự đoàn kết và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao của tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính. Đồng thời, Đoàn cũng định hướng một số nhiệm vụ trọng tâm nhằm giúp nhà trường tiếp tục phát huy những thành tích đã đạt được, hoàn thành xuất sắc các chỉ tiêu kế hoạch năm học 2026 - 2027.
Thay mặt nhà trường, Đ.c Đặng Phương Hoa - Hiệu trưởng trường Mầm non Nhân Chính đã trân trọng tiếp thu các ý kiến chỉ đạo sâu sát của Đoàn kiểm tra, đồng thời khẳng định tập thể nhà trường sẽ tiếp tục đoàn kết, nỗ lực không ngừng nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc, nuôi dưỡng và giáo dục trẻ, xứng đáng với sự tin tưởng của lãnh đạo các cấp và các bậc phụ huynh.

Nhan Chinh Kindergarten welcomed an inspection delegation from the Thanh Xuan Ward People’s Committee to review the consolidation of the school’s organizational structure and the implementation of tasks for the start of the 2026–2027 academic year.
On the morning of October 27, 2026, in accordance with the plan and Decision No. 3002/QĐ-UBND issued by the Thanh Xuan Ward People’s Committee, an inspection delegation—led by Ms. Vuong Thi Van Khanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Ward People’s Committee—visited Nhan Chinh Kindergarten. The visit focused on the consolidation of the school’s organizational structure, operational management following recent restructuring, and the execution of tasks for the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year.
The delegation was received by the school’s leadership team and representatives from various professional departments. During the visit, the delegation conducted a thorough review of the school’s documentation and supporting records, while also performing an on-site assessment of organizational and operational practices at the main campus, branches 1 and 2, and the additional school site.
Following the on-site inspection, the delegation highly commended the school for its proactive and diligent approach to carrying out its responsibilities. Specifically, the delegation recognized the school’s achievements in the following areas:
- School Management: The school has demonstrated a scientific and rigorous approach to management, ensuring a stable organizational structure and smooth operations following the merger/restructuring process.
- Quality of Care and Education: The school has maintained effective teaching and learning routines, fostering an environment that supports the comprehensive development of the children.
- Nutrition and Day-boarding Services: The school strictly adheres to regulations regarding food safety and the sourcing of food ingredients. Its kitchen and day-boarding operations are managed systematically, ensuring balanced nutrition and absolute safety for the children’s health. - School Health and Safety: Establishing a safe, green, clean, and beautiful school environment; prioritizing disease prevention and primary healthcare for children.
- Digital Transformation and Management Software: Pioneering the application of information technology in management, administration, and instruction—most notably through the effective implementation of the "Hanoicheck" software for managing after-school care (extended-day services) and kitchen operations, as well as maintaining accurate student records—thereby enhancing transparency, precision, and professionalism.
In concluding the session, the representative of the inspection team acknowledged the efforts to overcome challenges, the strong sense of unity, and the high level of responsibility demonstrated by the staff, teachers, and employees of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten. The team also provided guidance on key objectives to help the school build upon its existing achievements and successfully meet the targets set for the 2026–2027 academic year.
On behalf of the school, Principal Dang Phuong Hoa expressed her appreciation for the inspection team’s insightful guidance.
