Công tác xây dựng Đảng: Chi bộ nhà trường tích cực ứng dụng phần mềm Sổ tay đảng viên điện tử trong sinh hoạt chi bộ, cập nhật thông tin và học tập nghị quyết; đồng thời đẩy mạnh số hóa hồ sơ đảng viên, chuẩn hóa dữ liệu quản lý đảng viên đảm bảo khoa học, nhanh chóng và chính xác.
Quản lý điều hành và đánh giá nhân sự: Nhà trường duy trì nghiêm túc việc thực hiện đánh giá hàng tháng trên phần mềm Hanoiwork, giúp tối ưu hóa quy trình theo dõi công việc, minh bạch hóa kết quả thi đua và nâng cao tinh thần trách nhiệm của đội ngũ cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên.
Quản lý dữ liệu và chuyên môn: Khai thác hiệu quả hệ thống CSDL ngành, ứng dụng Google Drive để số hóa hệ thống kho dữ liệu, minh chứng, giáo án; đồng thời sử dụng phần mềm Temis trong đánh giá chuẩn nghề nghiệp giáo viên, nhân viên đảm bảo công khai, minh bạch.

Trong công tác nuôi dưỡng, bán trú – một trong những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm của cấp học mầm non, nhà trường ứng dụng hiệu quả phần mềm Hanoicheck để kiểm soát chặt chẽ quy trình quản lý bán trú, giao nhận thực phẩm, công tác đăng ký và theo dõi dinh dưỡng của trẻ. Giải pháp này giúp nhà trường bảo đảm tuyệt đối an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, minh bạch khẩu phần ăn và nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc toàn diện cho trẻ.

Ứng dụng Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI): Cán bộ quản lý và giáo viên chủ động tiếp cận, ứng dụng các công cụ AI hỗ trợ thiết kế học cụ, sáng tạo bài giảng điện tử sinh động, hình ảnh và video trực quan phục vụ hoạt động giáo dục, đồng thời hỗ trợ tối ưu công tác soạn thảo văn bản, kế hoạch của nhà trường.
Chuẩn bị cho Ngày hội STEM: Nhà trường đang tích cực chuẩn bị các điều kiện, mô hình sáng tạo để tham gia Ngày hội triển lãm STEM với chủ đề “Khát vọng số Thanh Xuân - STEM khơi nguồn sáng tạo” trong tháng 11/2026, khơi nguồn tư duy khoa học-công nghệ cho trẻ ngay từ bậc học mầm non.

Party Building Work: The school’s Party Cell actively applies the Electronic Party Member Handbook software in its activities, updates information, and studies resolutions; simultaneously, it promotes the digitalization of party member records and standardizes party member management data to ensure scientific organization, speed, and accuracy.
Administrative Management and Personnel Evaluation: The school strictly maintains monthly evaluations on the Hanoiwork software, helping to optimize workflow monitoring procedures, transparentize emulation results, and enhance the sense of responsibility among administrators, teachers, and staff.
