Hội nghị đã bầu Đoàn Chủ tịch điều hành chương trình gồm 3 đồng chí:

Đ/c Hà Ngọc Liên – Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường
Đ/c Thân Thị Thu Hoài – Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường.
Tại Hội nghị, đồng chí Đặng Phương Hoa – Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã trình bày Báo cáo phương hướng, nhiệm vụ và Báo cáo kiểm điểm trách nhiệm người đứng đầu. Báo cáo đã nhấn mạnh mục tiêu đổi mới công tác quản lý, nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc, nuôi dưỡng, giáo dục trẻ, xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, hạnh phúc và lấy trẻ làm trung tâm sau khi sáp nhập.
Hội nghị cũng đã dành nhiều thời gian cho phần thảo luận với các ý kiến tham luận thiết thực, tâm huyết từ các tổ chuyên môn, tập trung vào những vấn đề cốt lõi như: giải pháp đưa tiếng Anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai cho trẻ mẫu giáo lớn; vận dụng hiệu quả bộ tiêu chí trong chăm sóc và giáo dục trẻ; xây dựng môi trường giáo dục lấy trẻ làm trung tâm, kích thích phát triển giác quan và ngôn ngữ cho trẻ nhà trẻ; nâng cao chất lượng y tế học đường, bán trú và công tác chăm sóc, nuôi dưỡng sau khi kiện toàn tổ chức, sáp nhập trường.
Với tinh thần dân chủ và trách nhiệm cao, Hội nghị đã tiến hành bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ mới, đồng thời thông qua các quy chế nội bộ (Quy chế dân chủ, Quy chế chi tiêu nội bộ...) nhằm đảm bảo nguyên tắc công khai, minh bạch trong mọi hoạt động của nhà trường thống nhất sau sáp nhập.
Đồng chí Hà Ngọc Liên – Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã phát động phong trào thi đua, khơi dậy khí thế thi đua sôi nổi, tinh thần đoàn kết, sáng tạo và quyết tâm cao của tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên từ các đơn vị về chung một mái nhà.
Sau thời gian làm việc khẩn trương và nghiêm túc, 100% CBGVNV tham dự đã biểu quyết thông qua Nghị quyết Hội nghị. Thành công của Hội nghị là dấu mốc quan trọng, tiếp thêm động lực để tập thể Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính vững bước với khẩu hiệu hành động: "Yêu thương - Tôn trọng - Cùng phát triển", quyết tâm gặt hái nhiều thành công rực rỡ, xây dựng nhà trường ngày càng phát triển vững mạnh.

Nhan Chinh Kindergarten Successfully Holds the 2026–2027 Academic Year Conference for Staff and Employees
Amidst an atmosphere of enthusiasm and solidarity—and marking a significant milestone as the school officially consolidated its organizational structure following a merger—Nhan Chinh Kindergarten solemnly held its 2026–2027 academic year conference for staff and employees on October 9, 2026. The event aimed to evaluate past performance and outline key directions and tasks for the upcoming period.
Attendees included the School Leadership Board and the entire teaching and support staff of the school's pedagogical council.
The conference elected a three-member Presidium to chair the proceedings:
Ms. Dang Phuong Hoa – School Principal
Ms. Ha Ngoc Lien – Vice Principal
Ms. Than Thi Thu Hoai – Vice Principal.
During the conference, Principal Dang Phuong Hoa presented the report on future directions and tasks, as well as the self-assessment report regarding the responsibilities of the head of the institution. The report emphasized goals such as innovating management practices, enhancing the quality of child care and education, and building a safe, happy, and child-centered educational environment following the merger.
The conference also dedicated significant time to discussion, featuring practical and dedicated contributions from professional teams that focused on core issues, such as solutions for introducing English as a second language for children in the oldest preschool group; ...effectively applying the set of criteria for child care and education; creating a child-centered educational environment that stimulates sensory and language development for toddlers; and enhancing the quality of school health services, day-boarding operations, and general care and nutrition following the organizational restructuring and school merger.
With a spirit of democracy and a strong sense of responsibility, the conference elected the People's Inspection Committee for the new term and adopted internal regulations (such as the democracy regulations and internal expenditure policies) to ensure transparency and openness in all activities of the newly merged school.
Ms. Ha Ngoc Lien, the school's Vice Principal, launched an emulation campaign designed to ignite a vibrant competitive spirit, solidarity, creativity, and determination among the staff, teachers, and employees now united under one roof.
Following a productive and serious session, 100% of the attending staff voted to approve the conference resolution. The success of the conference marks a significant milestone, motivating the Nhan Chinh Kindergarten team to move forward with the motto "Love – Respect – Mutual Growth," while remaining determined to achieve outstanding success and build a strong, thriving school.
